Vietnam Domain Name

• Transfer profile includes
  • Declaration of change of registrar (NDK) certified by the subject. Download the affidavit
  • Identity card of the subject (if it is an individual) or the identity card of the person acting on behalf of the organization to carry out the transfer procedures (if it is an organization)
• Provide LONG THINH with the Auth-info code of the domain name (taken from the old registrar) and notify the old registrar to unlock the domain name.
• Transfer the transfer file to LONG THINH to carry out the conversion procedure. The scanned copy is sent to mail info@thietkewebnhanh.vn, the hard copy is sent to the VP for LONG THINH to keep records according to regulations.
  • After the successful transfer, LONG THINH will send an email to notify you, and provide a customer account for you to log in to Navi site and perform settings with the domain name.

International Domain Names

• You need to check the conditions to transfer
  • The domain name must be unlocked
  • You have an Auth-info code
  • Domain name is valid for at least 14 days
• Register transfer with LONG THINH (send request from domain name's admin email and pay domain name transfer fee as prescribed)
• Check the admin email (in the admin section when whois the domain name), you will receive an email asking you to confirm.
  • After you press the 'Agree' button and the system reports success, at least 2 days and maximum 2 weeks your domain name will be transferred to LONG THINH.

Some reasons for transfer failure

• Authcode is wrong
• Domain is locked during transfer
• You did not receive a confirmation email, or received a confirmation email that you did not press the 'Agree' button
• Accidentally clicked the wrong button and confirmed the transfer cancellation
